Who is Jess?
Hi! I’m Jessica Corley—but my friends and clients call me Jess. I’m a personal injury lawyer, car accidents focused attorney, a mom, a wife, and someone who shows up with hustle and heart for every single client.
As a female accident attorney, I know that my perspective is one of my greatest strengths. In a field often dominated by tradition, I bring a relentless work ethic, a client-centered approach, and a deep commitment to justice that’s shaped by both personal experience and professional drive.
Every client I represent—whether facing the aftermath of a serious car crash, trucking accident, or wrongful death—deserves more than just a lawyer. They deserve someone who listens, who understands their fears and frustrations, and who fights with tenacity. My background has taught me to be both strategic and compassionate, detail-oriented and fearless in the courtroom.
Being a woman in personal injury law isn’t just part of my identity—it’s a core reason why I connect so powerfully with my clients and fight so hard to protect their future. I’m proud to lead, to advocate, and to deliver results with strength, empathy, and unwavering resolve.
My journey into law started right here in the South Carolina Midlands. I graduated from Columbia College and earned my law degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law. But the path that brought me to personal injury law didn’t begin in a classroom—it started at home.
When I was younger, I watched my mother go through a devastating work injury. I saw how hard it was for her to be taken seriously, to get real answers, to be treated like more than a claim number. That experience left a mark on me—and it’s why I fight so fiercely for people who’ve been hurt and overlooked.
I opened this law firm to be the kind of lawyer my mom needed: someone who listens, who explains things in plain language, and who isn’t afraid to take on big insurance companies. I focus on helping injured individuals, parents navigating their child’s recovery, and women balancing the weight of everything—because I get it. I live it too.
When I’m not in the courtroom or meeting with clients, I’m home in the Midlands with my husband, our son, and our two doodles (who think they are the boss). My family is my “why,” and I know that’s true for my clients, too.
This work is personal for me. And if you’re facing a tough time right now, I want you to know you don’t have to face it alone.
Don’t stress. Call Jess.
